Flex Print Press Operator

Set up and operate Aqua Flex Printing Press to ensure efficient production and high-quality foil printing. Responsibilities include configuring press, achieving correct color and positioning, determining press speeds, maintaining production levels, monitoring maintenance needs, performing routine printer maintenance, coordinating with outside contractors, ordering foil, staging foil, removing jams, inspecting print quality and foil defects, and documenting production and labor in QAD. Responsible for labeling finished components, creating labels, and ensuring accurate transfer to inventory. Performs routine QA, participates in internal, customer and regulatory audits as directed, and adheres to safety and manufacturing guidelines. Requires high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) and related experience; proficient in reading/writing basic instructions, basic math, and using tools and equipment; able to operate pallet jack and conduct basic maintenance and data entry in QAD. The role is based in Conshohocken, PA, with global manufacturing operations in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology packaging sector.
