Job Summary
Maintain daily cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and common areas by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash, restocking supplies, and wiping high-touch surfaces. Respond promptly to spills, messes, and tenant requests, while assisting with furniture moves, event setups, and reporting maintenance or safety issues. Ensure cleaning equipment remains in good condition and follow all safety protocols. Requires high school diploma, one year of porter experience, and physical ability to stand, stoop, or kneel. Schedule includes 8:00am-12:00pm shifts on Tuesdays through Sundays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Porter.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups at all professional levels.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, or kneel as required.
