FLEX OSR Event Manager, In-Market (South Florida)

Coordinate event documentation and ensure seamless turnover between sales, property, and service teams for average to large-sized groups. Manage group room blocks, meeting spaces, and billing accuracy while acting as the liaison between field sales and customers throughout pre-event, event, and post-event phases. Greets guests during the event execution, resolves operational challenges, and up-sells enhancements to maximize revenue. Conduct formal pre- and post-event meetings to review group needs and feedback, leading the Event Operations team in delivering exceptional service. This temporary, in-market role supports hotels across South Florida with varying assignment durations and potential travel to other US and Canadian markets.
