Job Summary
Conduct final in-process inspection, stage eggs, and manage carton inventory for daily production runs. Set up machines and date codes, handle materials, and perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area by performing general housekeeping, including cleaning floors, wash screens, and emptying rubbish cans. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines while following safety protocols. This role requires flexibility to adjust schedules based on operational needs, including truck arrivals and machine downtime.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a processing environment preferred
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Flexibility required to adjust schedule as needed
- E-Verify eligibility to work in the United States
