Flex Operator - 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Flex Operator on the 2nd shift is responsible for keeping flex room lines producing at target rates, performing line start-ups/shutdowns, completing changeovers, loading and maintaining packaging components, and conducting weight and case-quality checks. The role requires collaboration with maintenance, adherence to GMPs and safety rules, and participation in Continuous Improvement activities. Must have a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience and strong math, writing, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- Must be able to successfully use basic math and writing skills to complete required paperwork
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in situations involving changing conditions
- Good communication skills (especially with management)
