Job Summary
Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules by thoroughly examining doors, windows, and gates. Warn violators of premise rules and address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts. Report any facility issues and request emergency personnel for high-risk situations. Maintain a clean background and pass a drug test; a valid driver's license may be required. Work flexible shifts including 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift and weekends. Starting pay is $19.00 hourly. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Familiarity with security equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security – Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability
- Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license
