Job Summary
Conduct conflict resolution, de-escalation, and access control at security entrances and exits. Perform inside and outside patrols in various weather conditions while identifying and reporting safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity. Protect evidence at incident scenes and set up barriers or signage to direct others. Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature as required for assigned sites. Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and one year of security experience, including truck logistics or guard shack background. Requires high school diploma or GED and standard computer skills. Available any day for at least two shifts with weekly pay, medical, dental, vision, and 401K options.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available any day, at least two shifts
- Must be stationed at various site locations
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license and clear driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to complete GED program within 6 months
- Standard computer / technology skills
- 1 year security experience
- Previous truck logistics/guard shack experience
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
- Must have great attention to detail
- Must remain vigilant throughout the shift
- Must be willing to participate in Securitas' pre-employment screening process
- Must be willing to participate in drug screen
- Must be willing to participate in background investigation
