Job Summary
Flex Officer responsible for patrolling industrial and commercial sites, managing multiple posts during call-offs or vacations, interviewing guests and staff, detecting infringements, monitoring safety conditions, operating alarms, and responding to emergencies under supervision. Requires ability to work various shifts, short notice scheduling, and possession of a high school diploma/GED or equivalent, with relevant licenses/certifications as applicable (security license, weapons certification, CPR/First Aid). Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- State Security Officer License (where applicable); Certification in the use of weapons; State Armed License if required; Valid Drivers' License; CPR/AED/First Aid Certification may be needed
