Job Summary
Deliver remote patient education and medication training via telephonic, video, email, and SMS platforms. Provide in-person support exclusively during territory vacancy coverage, maintaining privacy and compliance. Facilitate connections between patients and healthcare providers while documenting interactions and adhering to approved protocols. Uphold KPIs and regulatory standards by empowering patients to manage disease states and improve treatment compliance. Requires active California RN licensure, 5+ years clinical experience, and flexibility for evening/weekend shifts with up to 50% in-field travel.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- Bachelor's degree or BSN
- At least 5 years clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech settings
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Prior Ambassador experience
- Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
- Experience managing multiple territories
- Experience prioritizing projects and deadlines
- Proficiency in virtual platforms
- Proficiency in documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in iPad technology
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel up to 50% for in-field assignments and coverage as needed
- Flexible availability for evening and weekend work
- Private designated workspace at home
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
- Must have an active CA nursing license or be willing to obtain one
- Must reside within the specific geography
