Job Summary
Assist with day-to-day talent acquisition operational workflows to promote consistency and efficiency across recruiting teams. Work with regional leaders and business partners to identify needs, analyze performance data, and support compliance with local and global regulations. Help document and improve recruiting processes, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, and pre-boarding, while maintaining standard operating procedures and training materials. Serve as a point of contact for resolving operational issues and gathering feedback to drive actionable enhancements. Lead ownership of assigned TA programs, manage vendor contracts, and support technology adoption through user training and system monitoring.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Talent Acquisition, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Desired Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or related fields
- Interest in project management, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with TA technology platforms (ATS, CRM, analytics tools)
