Job Summary
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies following established procedures while conducting thorough property patrols to identify hazards. Operate surveillance equipment including CCTV and alarm systems, manage access control by verifying identities, and write detailed incident reports for all security events. Enforce security regulations, de-escalate conflicts, and perform manual handling tasks when necessary. Provide first aid, CPR, and AED operations during emergency situations, maintaining clear communication with law enforcement as appropriate. This Level II Flex Officer role requires a valid Texas Level 2 certification, driver's license, and high school diploma, with open availability across shifts. Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid registration/permit/license required by the state in which the employee is employed
- Texas Level 2
- Driver's License
- Must possess a valid registration/permit/license required by the state in which the employee is employed
- As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation
- As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test where required by the Company or client
Desired Qualifications
- Current or prior military experience
- College education in the security field
- Minimum 1-3 years of professional-level work experience
- Prior experience in law enforcement, military service, or private security
- Relevant experience in surveillance, incident report writing, or physical security
- Training in first aid, CPR, AED operations
- Demonstrated ability to handle conflict de-escalation and conflict management situations effectively
- Managing emergency response procedures
