Operations Flex role in Lakeside Surfaces' production facility. Supports multiple departments, training across departments weekly, operates high-powered equipment (CNCs, bridge/stone saws, pneumatic polisher), loads/unloads stone tops, conducts quality checks against CAD drawings, and navigates Moraware. Role covers absentee/peak production periods with emphasis on versatility, readiness to adapt, and commitment to delivering high standards; requires willingness to step in across functions and learn multiple trades within the facility.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum physical requirements: able to lift 100lbs, stand for 8-10 hours, bend/stoop/crouch, operate overhead crane and forklift, perform quality checks, operate CNCs and various saws
