Flex Laborer/ Equipment Operator

Job Summary
Operate various light to heavy equipment including front-end loaders, excavators, and skid steers while performing dirt work, restoration, and clearing functions. Maintain equipment by fueling and greasing, and strictly follow all safety rules and regulations. Assist with additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor. This role requires the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions, lift up to 60 pounds, and work at heights or in tight spaces. Mechanical aptitude is a plus, and MSHA certification is desirable. Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment in varying conditions
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Comfortable working at heights or tight spaces
- Willingness and ability to pass a pre-employment background check, and drug/alcohol screening
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of dirt work, restoration, and clearing functions and operations
- Knowledge on safely operating Front-End Loaders, Excavators, skid steers and other related equipment
- Perform basic equipment maintenance including fueling and greasing
- Follow and comply with all safety rules and regulations
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor
- Mechanical aptitude
