Job Summary
Design and develop SMT and PCBA production fixtures, including carrier, pick-and-place, and functional test fixtures. Lead DFM reviews, optimize structural designs, and manage material selection for aluminum, stainless steel, and tool steel. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to oversee machining, assembly, and validation of fixtures using CNC, EDM, and other processes. Conduct continuous optimization to improve efficiency and product quality. Requires 5+ years of mechanical design experience, proficiency in SolidWorks or Creo, and strong English technical communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历
- 机械设计制造及其自动化、机械工程、机械制造等相关专业
- 5年以上机械设计经验
- 熟练掌握机械结构设计原理
- 熟悉公差分析、GD&T及机械制图标准
- 能独立完成项目方案设计到量产导入全过程
- 熟悉常用金属材料特性及选型原则
- 熟悉机械加工制造工艺，包括：CNC铣削、CNC车削、磨削加工、EDM放电加工、线切割
- 了解热处理及表面处理工艺
- 具备材料失效分析及工艺优化经验
- 具备与加工供应商进行技术交流和工艺评审能力
- 熟练使用以下一种或多种设计软件：SolidWorks、Creo(Pro/E)、Inventor、AutoCAD
- 具备3D建模及工程图纸输出能力
- 具备良好的英文读写能力
- 能阅读英文技术资料、图纸及规范要求
- 能进行基本英文技术沟通
Desired Qualifications
- 具有电子制造行业工装夹具设计经验优先
- 具有SMT、PCBA行业经验者优先
- 熟悉回流焊工艺流程
- 熟悉自动化设备夹具设计
- 具备DFMEA经验
- 熟悉MES、PLM系统
- 有EMS行业工作经验
