Flex Helpende - flexibel aantal uur

Conduct Activities of Daily Living (ADL) support for residents across multiple departments and locations in The Hague as a flexible call-in caregiver. Follow care plans outlined in the care living plan and report specific details into the digital dossier and to the caregiver or care coordinator. Maintain client-focused communication by engaging in friendly chats, fostering contact with families, and offering fresh ideas to ensure residents are satisfied. This role requires a Diploma Helpende Level 2, optionally supplemented with a medication module, or enrollment in the third year of an MBO or HBO care education. Work is scheduled on an as-needed basis with the ability to earn overtime premiums ranging from 22% to 60% for irregular shifts. Salary ranges from €16.24 to €20.66 gross per hour for Helpende and up to €21.79 for Helpende Plus.
