Job Summary
FLEX GXP Support Agent responsible for GXP support across assigned properties, coordinating with on-property teams to manage room inventory, block rooms with front office/housekeeping/sales, monitor VIP/group requests, analyze occupancy trends, and document daily activity in internal systems. Role requires independent remote work, strong organizational and analytical capabilities, and ability to adapt to weekend/holiday coverage. Collaborates with APRC leadership and aims to uphold service standards and operational efficiency across properties.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a business-related role (e.g., hotel operations, inventory management, business analytics, or customer service)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity
- Flexibility to support weekend and holiday coverage as needed
