Job Summary
Quality Control Associate in Digital Imaging and Lettershop responsible for performing, monitoring, and recording quality inspections across production jobs; review QC specs, SOPs, and USPS documents; communicate with department managers, team leaders, operators, and clients regarding quality audits or issues; identify nonconformances and propose corrective actions; perform initial and final QC verifications, maintain and organize QC logs and related documentation, and coordinate with client services for inspections; requires exceptional attention to detail, troubleshooting/problem-solving skills, and effective verbal and written communication; shift is 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday; non-exempt hourly position.
Required Qualifications
- A High School Degree, GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of degree.
