Job Summary
Flex Clinical LPN/CMA role providing patient care under physician supervision within the office setting. Responsibilities include obtaining medical information, vital signs, and diagnostic results; assisting with examinations and treatments; preparing equipment and materials; administering care within scope; coordinating care plans, referrals, and prior authorizations; ensuring patient confidentiality and advocating for patients; maintaining documentation in the medical record and supporting OSHA and HIPAA policies; orienting new personnel and upholding professional standards and ethics; requires LPN or CMA education, Illinois licensure or CMA certification, and CPR within 30 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Educated as an LPN or CMA by an approved program
- Current licensure in Illinois or CMA certification
- CPR certification per American Heart Association guidelines within 30 days of hire
