Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, professional support to Flemish-speaking customers via primary communication channels by troubleshooting inquiries efficiently and maintaining accurate customer records. Collaborate with team leads and international colleagues to continuously elevate service standards while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every user. This role requires a fluent Flemish speaker residing in the Lisbon metropolitan area to work a fixed daytime schedule from 08:00 to 17:00, utilizing exceptional active listening and empathy skills. Valid Portuguese working rights are necessary for an immediate start, as relocation assistance is not provided.
Required Qualifications
- Native-level or fluent (C1/C2) proficiency in Flemish
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Local candidate already residing in or around the Lisbon metropolitan area
- Full availability to work a fixed daytime schedule (08:00 - 17:00)
- Exceptional active listening

- Valid Portuguese working rights (NIF, NISS, or residency card/EU citizenship)
