Job Summary
Execute maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks on vehicles and autonomous systems in a shop environment. Complete assigned work orders accurately and on time while following SOPs for inspections, basic repairs, and safety protocols. Safely operate company vehicles and maintain a clean driving record required for insurance coverage. Work with AV components including sensors and diagnostics under guidance, capturing logs and escalating issues immediately. Participate in shift briefs and debriefs while documenting all work performed. Gain hands-on experience with autonomous vehicle diagnostics and maintenance workflows supporting fleet operations across the southern United States.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in fleet, automotive, or technical operations
- Basic experience with maintenance or mechanical systems
- Willingness to learn AV systems and diagnostics
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a clean driving record

- Experience in a shop or garage environment
- Exposure to autonomous vehicle systems or sensors
