Job Summary
Fleet Technician role combining driving and hands-on equipment maintenance. Responsibilities include transporting restroom trailers, generators, and HVAC units to event sites, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, coordinating with on-site contacts, and reporting equipment issues. When off the road, work in the warehouse with the Fleet Equipment Technician, assisting with restroom trailer prep, generator maintenance, and HVAC system checks. Develops field troubleshooting skills over time to enable independent problem-solving and progression toward a technical career in event equipment operations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL (Class A, B, or C) with a clean driving record
- Experience operating commercial vehicles and towing trailers
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to learn equipment maintenance and troubleshooting — not just driving
- Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable with schedule changes during event season
