Job Summary
Fleet Technician responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining diesel trucks and trailers to meet safety and performance standards; diagnose diesel engine issues from routine tune-ups to major overhauls; perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, and brake inspections; troubleshoot and repair trailer systems (brakes, suspension, lighting, hydraulics); ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain accurate maintenance records; work as part of a skilled team to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience as a diesel and/or trailer mechanic
- Strong knowledge of trailer systems, brakes, suspension, electrical, and hydraulics
