Job Summary
Fleet Technician duties include inspecting, repairing, and maintaining diesel trucks and trailers to meet safety and performance standards; diagnosing and fixing diesel engine issues from minor tune-ups to major overhauls; performing routine maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, and brake inspections; troubleshooting and repairing trailer systems including brakes, suspension, lighting, and hydraulics; ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining accurate maintenance records; collaborating with a skilled team to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Based in Arcadia, WI, with on-site roles for Diesel and Trailer Technicians; CDL or certifications are a plus but not required. Required Qualifications
