Job Summary
Fleet Technician role performing inspection, repair, and maintenance of diesel trucks and trailers to meet safety and performance standards. Responsibilities include diagnosing and fixing diesel engine issues, routine maintenance (oil changes, filter replacements, brake inspections), and troubleshooting trailer systems (brakes, suspension, lighting, hydraulics) while ensuring safety compliance and accurate maintenance records. Requires strong knowledge of trailer systems, brakes, suspension, electrical, and hydraulics; CDL or certifications are a plus but not required. A collaborative, safety-focused team player with ability to lift heavy equipment and contribute to minimizing downtime and improving efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience as a diesel and/or trailer mechanic
