Job Summary
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, diagnostic work, and repairs on a dedicated fleet of 140 dry vans, 120 reefer trailers, and 6 yard horses. Complete repair orders and parts usage forms accurately while maintaining clear communication with supervisors, team members, and customers. Respond to road service calls as required. Own and maintain hand tools for daily job functions and utilize computer operations and diagnostics systems. Requires a valid driver's license and one year of automotive, truck, or bus repair experience. Work 3 consecutive days off with a 4-day week in a modern, well-heated shop. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, technical school degree, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one year of experience in automotive, truck, or bus repair
- Must own and maintain the hand tools required for daily job functions
