Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end development and execution of wind turbine programs, driving engineering development of new turbine designs, upgrades, features, and market introductions. Own integrated program schedules, budgets, resources, and priority discussions for large NPI programs from conception through sunset. Coordinate with Subsystem Program Managers and cross-functional teams (Sourcing, Manufacturing, Projects, Services, and external parties) to ensure milestones are met, escalate critical-path activities, and communicate program risks. Develop product documentation for quoting and lifecycle management, validate products, implement lessons learned into improvements, and manage change through the bill of materials. Maintain engineering process compliance to sustain high-quality outputs and enable effective decision-making through strong leadership, communication, and collaboration with Product Managers and Systems Engineers. Education requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; experience: minimum 5 years in Program Management or Renewable Energy Engineering.
