Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet customers, providing account support, billing assistance, and report generation on fleet condition and service history. Perform administrative tasks to support fleet operations while ensuring accurate service records. This role requires excellent customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong attention to detail. A high school diploma or GED is required, alongside previous customer service experience and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, fleet support, logistics, or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn company systems.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
