Job Summary
Design, develop, analyze, troubleshoot, and provide technical support for complex equipment and systems during research and product development. Participate in engineering work teams to develop, implement, install, test, modify, and operate systems while supporting experiment design, materials, and equipment setup and maintenance. Evaluate project effects on engineering, facilities, and labor pools to determine cost-efficient resource acquisition methods. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering plus two years of relevant experience, with a preference for Department of Defense Secret clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Bachelor's or Technology degree in Engineering or a related specialized area/field
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree
- narrowly focused in-depth technical level of practical operational process knowledge in a specific engineering area
- technical competence in the setup, monitoring and documentation of experiments and/or lab equipment

- Department of Defense Secret security clearance at time of hire
