Job Summary
Fleet Support Coordinator role providing end-to-end coordination of repair and service for assigned fleets, collaborating with dealership personnel, external repair facilities, and customers to maximize uptime and control costs. Responsibilities include managing repair processes and warranty claims, invoicing and reviewing repair orders, coordinating service with internal teams, participating in on-call weekend breakdowns, educating staff and customers on remote diagnostic systems, monitoring diagnostics (Smartlinq) to proactively identify issues, reviewing repair histories, issuing purchase orders, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost management. The position emphasizes customer satisfaction, safety, training, and cross-team collaboration to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two years of related work experience
- 3-5 years experience as a technician or Service Advisor in a heavy duty truck environment
- Intermediate Google Apps skills
- Valid driver’s license
