Job Summary
Fleet Support Coordinator role coordinating fleet repairs and maintenance with dealership personnel, external facilities, and customers to maximize uptime and minimize costs. Responsibilities include managing repair processes, assisting with warranty claims and invoicing, coordinating with lease/rental fleets, educating dealers and customers on remote diagnostic systems (Smartlinq), reviewing repair orders and purchase orders, and supporting on-call weekend breakdowns. The position emphasizes customer service, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration to improve fleet performance and safety, with a Monday–Friday shift and on-site duties as described.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two years of related work experience
- 3-5 years experience as a technician or Service Advisor in a heavy duty truck environment
- Intermediate Google Apps skills
- Valid driver’s license
