Job Summary
Fleet Support Coordinator, under the Fleet Support Manager, collaborates with dealership personnel, outside repair facilities, and customers to manage fleet maintenance, maximize uptime, and optimize costs. Core duties include coordinating repair/work orders, assisting with warranty repairs, invoicing and reviewing repair orders, educating dealer staff and customers on remote diagnostic systems (Smartlinq), monitoring diagnostics and repair history, and participating in on-call weekend breakdown management. The role emphasizes providing proactive support, cost management, safety adherence, and continuous process improvement through effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and two years of related work experience required
- 3-5 years experience as a technician or Service Advisor in a heavy duty truck environment
- Intermediate Google Apps skills required
- Valid driver’s license required
