Job Summary
Fleet Supervisor responsible for managing day-to-day pick-up and delivery operations at the warehouse, coordinating with independent contractors, hub management, and cross-functional teams; duties include planning inbound freight delivery, managing contractor relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, facilitating safety meetings, assisting customer service and sales on visits, and supporting hub sort and field operational processes. Requires 2 years operational experience, forklift license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years operational experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current forklift license or ability to obtain one
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Data Entry
- Proficiency in inventory software, database, and systems
- Read, write, and communicate in a professional manner
