Job Summary
Fleet Supervisor responsible for overseeing the rental fleet at the St. Louis, MO facility. Duties include coordinating with rental agents on transactions, managing daily fleet operations, scheduling maintenance and inspections, ensuring safety/compliance, maintaining accurate inventory and maintenance records, supervising a team of fleet operators, driving process improvements through data analysis, and producing regular performance and cost reports. Requires proven leadership in fleet management, strong communication, a strategic mindset, and a focus on delivering reliable, high-quality rental units and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a supervisor/fleet management or similar leadership role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
