Fleet Supervisor

Job Summary
Manage dedicated fleet operations and lead the on-site team to execute on-time freight pickups, deliveries, and reverse logistics while ensuring safety compliance and tractor utilization. Utilize the driver management tool to dispatch loads, track results, and optimize equipment usage and MPG. Develop the annual private fleet budget, oversee driver payroll and retention, and partner with leadership to execute strategic plans for expense maintenance and active driver growth. Champion driver relationships by addressing needs related to home time, utility, and equipment issues. Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis for the Outbound Operations team to develop scorecards and implement new processes. Requires 10% travel and a Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics.
