Fleet Supervisor

Job Summary
Manage dedicated fleet operations and lead the on-site team to execute on-time freight pickups, deliveries, and reverse logistics while ensuring safety compliance and driver retention. Develop the annual private fleet budget, optimize driver load dispatch and equipment usage, and utilize the driver management tool to track performance and report results. Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic plans for expense maintenance and active driver growth while adhering to all regulatory standards. Provide ad-hoc analysis for scorecard development and process improvement initiatives. Requires 10% travel and a Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics preferred.

- Knowledge of FMCSA Compliance Safety Accountability (CSA) program
- Knowledge of DOT regulations
