Job Summary
Manage the on-site operation of the Dollar General dedicated fleet, leading the team to deliver results in on-time freight pickup, driver tractor utilization, safety compliance, and reverse logistics. Develop and execute a strategic plan with the Sr Transportation Manager to support private fleet performance indicators while adhering to all regulations. Accountable for overall driver training, payroll, retention, and load optimization using the driver management tool. Provide ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and project participation for the Outbound Operations team, including scorecard development and process implementation. Requires 10% travel and a Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics preferred.

- Knowledge of DOT regulations
- Experience managing dedicated fleet operations
