Job Summary
Provide leadership for drivers of an assigned division in the Energy Transportation division, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services. Account for driver performance, regulatory compliance, fleet utilization, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial stewardship. Conduct quarterly driver meetings covering safety, operational updates, and continuous improvement while monitoring Hours of Service and DOT compliance. Collaborate with Maintenance, Safety, Sales, and corporate leadership to improve operational performance, support technology implementations, and resolve customer issues. Promote a strong safety culture and improve driver engagement and retention.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Procurement and/or Transportation and Logistics
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
