Fleet Supervisor responsible for overseeing delivery/pick-up scheduling for packaged and bulk goods, supervising dispatchers and drivers, ensuring safe, optimized operations, managing fleet maintenance, approving invoices, organizing driver meetings, tracking KPIs, reporting near misses, handling onboarding/interviews, and coaching dispatchers/drivers within a Western Canada operation for Brenntag Canada. Strong emphasis on organization, communication, teamwork, prioritization in a fast-paced environment, and driving results with a focus on safety and customer service.
