Job Summary
Oversee daily fleet operations, supervise drivers and fleet staff, manage vehicle allocation and maintenance, monitor compliance and KPIs, and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Fleet Operations, Transportation, Logistics, or Last-Mile Delivery
- Experience managing drivers and fleet-related operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
