Job Summary

Maintain accurate records for all company vehicles, trailers, construction equipment, and tools while coordinating preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and scheduled services. Track maintenance history, repair costs, warranties, and service intervals; schedule inspections and coordinate repairs with vendors, dealerships, and mechanics. Review invoices for accuracy prior to approval and assist with purchasing, assigning, transferring, and disposing of assets. Manage inventory and checkout programs for tools and equipment, ensuring clean, organized storage areas and proper documentation. Develop preventative maintenance schedules to maximize asset availability and monitor fleet utilization to improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Desired Qualifications

  • Associate degree or related experience
  • Experience in fleet, equipment, inventory, or asset management
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Forms, Gmail, and Calendar)
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and recordkeeping abilities
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments
