Job Summary
Carry out on-site repairs and diagnose mechanical issues; dismantle and recycle vehicles beyond repair; receive, inspect and prepare new vehicles and batteries at the warehouse; when deployed in-field, collect and deploy Voi vehicles across the city, locate and retrieve damaged vehicles, and swap batteries to keep fleet ready; training provided—no prior mechanical experience required; must hold a valid German Class B driving license for 2+ years and be comfortable driving in urban conditions; strong team collaboration, initiative, practical problem-solving, and the ability to stay calm under busy conditions; physical ability to move vehicles and batteries using provided tools; location-based shifts in Frankfurt with potential deployment to Berlin; 12-month fixed-term contract with 5-out-of-7 shifts and weekend flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Valid German driving license (Class B) for at least 2 years
- Comfortable driving in varying conditions in Berlin
- Willingness to work as part of a team and take initiative
- Ability to share knowledge and aid colleague development
- Practical, hands-on approach to problem solving
- Calm and composed under busy conditions (traffic, tight spots)
- Physical ability to move vehicles and batteries with provided tools and support
