Job Summary
Conduct preventative maintenance and vehicle inspections using the company mobile app, ensuring all data is accurate and completed within designated timeframes. Coordinate with vendors and regional managers for repairs, manage onboarding and offboarding of vehicles including telematics installation and decal removal, and assist with vehicle recovery. Respond to customer issues and requests within established timeframes while making financial decisions to reduce costs and promote fleet health. Perform field work outdoors in various weather conditions, lifting up to 75lbs and commuting in a company vehicle. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintain local vendor relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in a fast-paced, customer-focused work environment
- Must be proficient with mobile app technology with the ability to use our mobile app and navigate various internal platforms
- Experience in general automotive maintenance and/or fleet management or related field
- Ability to develop and manage local vendor relationships
- General business acumen with the ability to identify and recommend cost saving measures
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to lift up to 75lbs; sitting, standing, bending, twisting, stretching, kneeling for up to 8 hours per day
- Must be willing to commute as needed in a company provided vehicle
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Report
