Job Summary
Auto Shop Helper needed in a fast-paced production shop to maintain housekeeping, assist in cleaning spray booths, manage waste disposal, organize tools, and support maintenance tasks. Daily duties include sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted parts, and keeping the interior of the production area orderly. Requires ability to perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs), follow standard operating procedures, and work within an automotive service environment. Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
- Ability to do consistent physical activity (kneeling, bending, squatting, lifting objects over 50 lbs)
- Be able to understand instructions (written and verbal)
- Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
