Fleet Shop Supervisor [B49]

Manage day-to-day activities in the maintenance repair facility by prioritizing jobs on the work planning sheet and scheduling on-time PMs. Take information for breakdowns and dispatch repairs locally and out of area to minimize downtime while accurately completing written work performance records. Maintain a clean shop area per Safety SOPs, monitor yard conditions, and oversee tire management and shop equipment usage. Communicate with drivers and customers regarding DVIRs and supervise all personnel to ensure a safe, reliable, and productive environment. Ability to stand for long periods and be on call required.
