Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of the maintenance shop by supervising technicians, managing workflow, and assigning tasks. Coordinate all maintenance work and repairs while monitoring progress and quality, and review driver repair requests to prepare work orders. Perform mechanical duties as needed and monitor replacement part inventory to restock supplies. Lead personnel through coaching, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions, providing input on termination, compensation, and promotion decisions. Ensure consistent application of organizational policies and safety regulations, and create necessary reports. This second shift role starts at 12:00pm and requires a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
- 4 years years of relevant work experience
- Driver's License
- Valid Driver's License Upon Hire
- This role is designated as safety sensitive and will require the successful candidate to strictly comply with all safety rules and protocols
- As part of the ongoing employment requirements, the successful candidate may be subject to drug and alcohol testing—including pre‐employment screening, post‐incident evaluations, reasonable suspicion checks, and random testing—in accordance with government regulations and company policies
