Job Summary
Oversee location operations and maintenance functions during shifts, directing staff to meet service metrics and goals. Coordinate schedules for vehicle repairs, manage inventory for parts, and process invoices. Lead the maintenance team by communicating daily tasks, developing staff, and ensuring proper administrative support for all maintenance activities. Work under the Manager Fleet Services with flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, requiring a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a maintenance space, preferably as a mechanic
- Knowledgeable in rental car procedures and location operations
- General understanding of maintenance practices (preventative and warranty preferred)
- Must have excellent multi-tasking and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to manage, develop and motivate staff
- Must be computer literate with strong keyboarding skills
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
