Fleet Services - Operations Supervisor

Operations Supervisor overseeing shift operations at Ryder’s Warwick, RI shop; responsible for scheduling, workflow management, labor planning, and performance targets across maintenance, quality, safety, and asset metrics. Manages a team including Technicians-In-Charge, Customer Service Coordinators, Technicians, and Service Employees; ensures customer needs are met while balancing financial, safety, and operational objectives. Performs leadership duties, training and development of personnel, and coordination with the Shop Manager to meet warranty, quality, and compliance standards; collaborates on shop tooling, equipment, and process improvements, and supports DOT-regulated and safety requirements while maintaining strong customer relationships and revenue targets.
