Job Summary
Fleet Sales Specialist responsible for end-to-end wholesale/B2B sales and remarketing of retired fleet vehicles across the EU; develop and execute a sales strategy to maximize selling price and minimize time-to-sale, identify and negotiate with wholesale buyers and B2B partners, prepare detailed vehicle listings and condition reports, coordinate with Fleet Operations to ensure vehicles are de-branded, serviced, and detailed, and ensure compliance with EU regulations; provide regular leadership with market insights and inventory projections. The role requires 3+ years in wholesale/B2B sales in Europe, strong negotiation and relationship-management skills, proactive client outreach and lead generation, experience with export/import documentation and complex sales paperwork, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, International Trade, or related field. Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of German, French, or Spanish considered a significant advantage.
