Fleet Sales Assistant

Job Summary
Coordinate vehicle orders from initial placement through final delivery, tracking production status, shipping updates, and estimated dates to ensure timely customer communication. Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and electronic files for orders, customer information, and documentation while preparing purchase orders, invoices, and vehicle paperwork. Monitor order progress to identify and resolve delays, verify order accuracy and specifications before submission, and schedule deliveries or assist with customer pickups. Answer phones, respond to emails, and address customer inquiries regarding order status while performing general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and support the Fleet Sales Manager and team with administrative tasks.
