Job Summary
Fleet Administrator at Stockport Renault (6 month FTC, full-time, Monday–Friday 08:30–17:30) responsible for adding newly purchased vehicles to stock records, maintaining accuracy of stock records and vehicle documents (V5, MOT history, service history, etc.), taxing sold vehicles prior to delivery, creating sales invoices with accurate customer order information, and verifying payment before releasing vehicles to customers. Supports Sales Executives with efficient administration and ensures everything is filed securely. Required Qualifications
- Experience in automotive dealership administration preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to process and file vehicle documents
- Knowledge of vehicle taxation and invoicing processes
